SINgle CelL AnalysIs Resource (SINCLAIR)¶

The SINCLAIR pipeline was developed by the CCR Collaborative Bioinformatics Resource as an open-source, reproducible solution for multiple single cell next-generation modalities. It has been developed and tested solely on NIH HPC Biowulf.
